Kristopher and Michelle set the bar high for my first wedding in Tucson! They chose Hotel Congress as their wedding day backdrop because of its history and hidden gems, including a rad cactus garden that makes an appearance during their first look. They loved the dark vibes and copper accents of the hotel, and with a southwest twist, it was the ideal place for their nuptials.
Kristopher and Michelle met on orientation day at Columbia and have spent their years together studying for medical exams, traveling, and drinking delicious cocktails. Just a few short weeks after the big day, they relocated to the East Coast to begin residency! There’s nothing these two lovebirds can’t conquer together.
One of my favorite moments from their wedding day (and trust me, I have several!) was their decision to begin their marriage as equal partners by walking down the aisle together. The sentiment behind this gesture made me smile from the inside out. That along with forgoing favors and making a donation to a local non-profit instead. Did I mention they set the bar high? 😉
Kristopher and Michelle, it truly was a privilege to be a part of your day. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you both!
