Welcome to Suzy Goodrick Photography (referred to as "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using this website (suzygoodrick.com), booking services, or downloading digital products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Intellectual Property & Website Use
All content on this website — including but not limited to images, logos, branding, designs, copywriting, graphics, and digital products — is the sole property of Suzy Goodrick Photography and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not: Copy, download, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content for commercial use without express written permission.
Use any of our branding or content to promote services that are not affiliated with Suzy Goodrick Photography.
Use of this site does not grant you ownership or licensing rights to any content, unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Services
Suzy Goodrick Photography offers professional photography services including (but not limited to) weddings, engagements, family, and branding sessions. All services offered subject to availability and formal booking procedures.
3. Bookings & Payment
To reserve a date for photography services, clients must submit:
A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer fee.
The final balance is due by the agreed date stated in your contract. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation, forfeiture of services, and forfeiture of a potential refund.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Photography services: Cancellations made by the client result in loss of the retainer. Requests to reschedule are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.
Digital products: All sales of digital products (such as presets, guides, downloads, etc.) are final and non-refundable, due to the nature of instant access and downloadable content.
5. Client Image Use & Copyright
Photographs captured during sessions remain the copyrighted property of Suzy Goodrick Photography. Clients are granted a personal-use license, which includes: Printing and sharing images for personal use.
Displaying images on personal websites or social media (with proper credit)
Clients may not: Sell images, Edit or alter images, Use images for commercial or advertising purposes without written permission.
We reserve the right to use any images for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or promotional purposes unless the client has requested otherwise in writing before the session.
6. Website Purchases & Digital Products
All digital product purchases from this website are: Non-refundable, For individual use only, Not to be resold, copied, or redistributed.
Violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
7. Email & Marketing
We may collect your name and email address when you: Contact us through a form, Make a purchase, Subscribe to our newsletter.
This information is used solely for internal marketing purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Subscribers may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of every email.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for: Technical difficulties with our website, Client misuse of files or materials, Loss of images due to force majeure or unforeseen events, In the rare case of service disruption, our liability is limited to refunding fees paid or rescheduling services when possible.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of a dispute, both parties agree to:
Attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith communication first
Enter mediation with a neutral third party if resolution cannot be reached informally
Refrain from initiating court proceedings until both above steps have been exhausted
Jurisdiction for legal matters shall remain in Maricopa County, Arizona.
