Nelson and Dominique’s Wedding at the Farm at South Mountain

This is an extra special wedding to share with you. I’ve known Dominique and her family for more years than I can count. Her mom and dad have been like second parents to me, her brother and sister like my own siblings. We’ve shared so many special memories together, and getting to photograph her wedding quite literally topped the cake.

Dominique has a rad style and let that shine on her wedding day. With a 1920’s inspired bouquet, Hayley Paige gown, and celestial accents, Dominique and Nelson’s wedding is a garden oasis that can only be found in the Phoenix desert. 

Dominique used pieces from her grandmother’s wedding day and family heirlooms that have been passed down for generations. Dominique and Nelson honored their late grandparents with memorial bouquets and surprised her parents with these thoughtful touches. The reveal, which happened moments before the ceremony, will be an emotional memory for years to come. The bride’s dad also surprised her during the father-daughter dance with a specially made enamel pin of a sunflower, her favorite. 

The aisle was adorned with floral arrangements and Thailand imported flowers hung from the trees, all hand-designed by Moelleux Events.

Nelson and Dom, y’all are a perfect match for one another. Your wedding was such a rad reflection of who you are as a couple. It was a dream. Thank you for inviting me (and Mike) to be a part of it. 😘
