Best Spots for Photos in San Francisco
San Francisco will forever hold a special place in my heart, so today I’m sharing a few of my favorite local spots to enjoy the city, spend time with friends, and take the best photos.
1 | Baker Beach
How could I do not add Baker Beach to my list?! I mean, it’s iconic for a reason, friends. Throughout the year, Baker Beach has a beautiful view of the Golden Gate Bridge, and during Indian Summer, this beach is full of sunbathing San Franciscans. It can be quite windy, so come prepared and enjoy the view.
2 | Lover’s Lane
Lover’s Lane is a popular spot for locals to enjoy a trail run or walk. It’s tucked away in the Presidio and is a quiet forest oasis in the midst of the city. The winding trail offers great composition and lines for photos, and is fun to explore and walk through!
3 | Fort Point
What was once a hidden gem, is now a bit more explored by tourists and locals alike, but there’s a reason it’s on this list. 😉 Fort Point not only offers my personal favorite view of the Golden Gate Bridge but also offers a peek into San Francisco’s history. Fort Point has served as a military defense during various times of war and discord and because of it’s strategic location, has served as an advantage to defending the city. A fun and educational viewpoint of the bridge!
4 | Ina Coolbrith Park
This hidden gem is one of my favorites (I mean, they’re all my favorite!) on this list. During Kevin and Tara’s couple’s session in the city, we found this city park and fell in love with the view. Ina Coolbrith overlooks the Bay Bridge and Financial District, truly a one-of-a-kind view!
Thanks for checking out a few of my favorite spots in San Francisco! You may also like more of Kevin and Tara’s couple’s session. Enjoy!
