Summer Session in Flagstaff
One of my favorite aspects of living in Arizona is how easy it is to see a new landscape. This forest filled with aspens and pine trees is just a couple hours north of Phoenix. Jumping in the car for a short getaway, or even a day trip, is easy peasy.
When Bryan and Amber began dreaming about the overall vibe for their photos, Amber dreamt of tall trees and water. After researching and looking at their options, they decided the Aspen Corner Trail at Snowbowl would be the perfect place! This lowkey trail offers a variety of spots to take photos, including an aspen grove and a small lake. You can’t go wrong here!
Bryan and Amber spend their time off traveling, camping, and backpacking, so it was no surprise when they brought along their hammock to cuddle and get cozy inside of. It was the perfect way to begin their photo session: intimate, calm, and cuddled in a blanket.
We adventured through the trees, brought along a few snacks, and eventually made our way to the lake just off the trail. There’s even a bench to sit, relax, and enjoy the view of Humphrey’s Peak. We ended their photos by the lake, added a piggyback or two, and celebrated a successful (and fun) photo session! Bryan and Amber, thank you for having me along for the adventure!
